Status: offline 		I'm new to the Dom thing...enjoy it immensely, though. I have a sub "teaching " me with the sometimes help of her old Dom. Monday I have her and another of the old Dom's subs joining the 2 of us. Now I have to work on 2 subs at the same time. I'm thinking of making the older sub a "slave assistant" for me..to help in working on the newer sub(newer to me)...both are str8..Any Ideas?? Experiences??Thanks

Just make sure that whatever responsibilities you give to whatever person, that they understand and are capable of those responsibilities.  Someone being older doesn't make them a better assistant and just because someone is new doesn't mean they are better (lots of novice doms make the mistake of "ooo shiny")

Anyway, it sounds like you're just going to be having a scene together so just have fun and enjoy.

Seems you're obviously a lifestyle novice yet I can't help thinking that if I were in a situation of having a sub still "teaching" me how to go about "the Dom thing", I'd at least be mature enough (at 52!!!) to admit I'm probably not ready for two right now....  Whaddayarekkon?

In my opinion, and it's nothing more than that, but you are contemplating putting the "older" sub in a position where they are an alpha of sorts, with responsibilities. Do consider that you are taking away from what they desire in the first place, to be sbmissive.

Though I have some years behind me in this lifestyle, I would be very uncomfortable in an alpha position.  Advice to you would be to make sure both ladies are comfortable with what you are suggesting.  Communicate openly with both of them before any scening begins.

Some how you don't seem thrilled.  Think maybe you might want to consider sticking to one until she is no loinger "reaching " you as you go along?

Status: offline 		I'm in agreement with Focus and Scooter on this one. Every man wants to have more than one woman, but brother let me tell you it's more work than fun. Two ways to go about this. One you can be honest with yourself (and with them) about where you really are in your progression as a Dom and see if you are at a point of being able to keep both submissives happy in their roles. Or two you can say WOOHOO and just be happy for the chance to fuck them both. One way leads to a fulfilling exchange for all parties involved and the other could very well lead to hurt feelings and bad impressions. Responsibility is an admirable trait in people and an absolute MUST for a true Dominant. But maybe your sub hasn't taught you that yet.

Can't help but think of the Sadistic glee I have gotten watching another tring to Dominate our subs and then seeing them get up shaking their heads as the come back and sit at our feet. This usually happens after being asked by someone we have never met if they can play with our subs at a play party. Those submissives can cut you like a knife sometimes and have sent more than one would-be master home pouting into his leathers...

First... I wouldn't confuse being a Dom with being a Top... they can coexist... but they don't have to exist.  Just because you pickup a flogger and start flogging Doesn't equate to being a Dom... it might... and I say it again Might equate to Topping... but then again it just might mean nothing as well.

Second... what are everyone's motivations and expectations.  Sometimes it just about having fun... sometimes it's about handing or taking control in the scene... sometimes it's about just enjoying something new.  sometimes it's about hundred other different things.  Comunicate... Communicate... Communicate..  Asking this board the questions you ask... frankly... is just not going to allow you to succeed...  you are asking the wrong people.

Third... I have played with mulitples on many occassions... and I can assure you... If it's work you doing something wrong!  It's a hell of alot of fun... IF you are ready for it!.... What makes you ready for it?... Well... that does depend on the persons involved... but considering what you are asking here... I would question if you are ready for it.  I suppose if you actually talk to the individualls involved you just might have alot better chance of having some fun.

i think the worst mistake a Dom/mme or sub/slave can do is "think" they're ready for something when they aren't ready at all.. can be very dangerous in this lifestyle to jump into things you either cant handle or dont understand.

As Scooter said, it depends on the subs.  There are some subs I can scene with and have it be just great, and some subs and I'd be bored to tears, and some subs I'd be exhausted just keeping my own energy contained from them. 

People don't mix well with other people JUST because they are of the same orientation.  Novice doms often make that mistake when they try and throw two women together and expect them to be "sister slaves" right off the bat.
