Remember 'Fan' is short for 'Fanatic'. Here's proof they take their sports serious in England. And he did this after a victory! What would have been cut off if they lost????? It was reported that the man told his friends: "If Wales win I'll cut my own balls off." This makes all the differance. In my younger days, I spent an educational weekend at a youth hostle in Wales, somewhere between England and Cardiff. The bartender in the pub that was attached to the hostle had made a bet with one of the guys in my group that culminated in the bartender setting his pubic hair on fire. So, given that experience, although nausiating, this guy's self mutilation stunt with his own scrotum is totally believable. Lily (who never makes bets with the Welsh)
