I only know cut, so that's what I voted. But then I realized it was a question for the guys. So you need to subtract one "cut" response. Sorry for adding to the error margin. [;)]

Actually, for me, it depends on the foreskin. Some roll nicely back and out of the way and you would not think they were NOT circumcised.. others cover the glans so completely they make it look like its a tube worm (not pretty).

I voted for cut because it's what I prefer. That's all I've ever had. I've seen uncut and I just find it not as attractive. It doesn't give me the same satisfaction mentally if I was to go down on someone who is uncut.
