I am domme.  I believe I make that pretty clear in My profile.
So why on earth do I get random 'doms' mailing Me telling Me that I want to submit to them?
I can't quite decide if it is ignorance, arrogance or downright stupity.
But seriously, I am interested in why 'doms' do this.

The first week I was here I got 6 of those. 3 of them came from Gorean Masters wanting to help bring out the "real" woman in me. I replied no thanks I got a vagina and tits, I am very much a woman.

Who knows why they do it? I guess maybe they are bored and are looking for something new? Perhaps a new conquest? One Dom explained he did it because he'd grown bored of his sub, that she was too submissive. He wanted someone with some fire to her. <shrugs>

Now when I get those replies I do not even bother to answer them I just delete them and go on with life.

I think they see FEMALE, and they start thinking with the head between their legs. I've gotten quite a few of those as well... at least you know who NOT to contact for anything [;)].

It could be arrogance, or stupidity, but I bet it's something even simpler: they're HNGs approaching anything female.  They're relying on the fact that, no matter how extensive the odds against them, given sufficient persistence, they have to get lucky eventually.

Mass marketing campaigns sometime do not do any target marketing. Also many people do not take their "role" seriously, so maybe you do not as well.

I'm not sure those notes are coming from doms - they're probably just horny net geeks posing as doms.

Or they may be super domly doms who know they are just irresistible to women, and are shocked that you could decline their magnanimous offers; they know deep down inside you just haven't met the right man yet who could make you want to submit. But, you had your chance and they just move on, perhaps to a lesbian, and offer to show her what a real man can do for her.

Because there are a lot of desperate losers out there parading around as "doms/dommes/subs/slaves/other".  Not really a complicated issue, just an annoying one.

I had a male tell me "all Dommes have a bit of sub in them."  I found this amusing coming from a guy who at various times had the following profiles:  Dom, Switch, sub.

I think its the nature of the male beast (in a lot of cases) to want what they percieve they can't have, or just simply the challenge of the chase and capture (kinda like hunting).

Its more accurate to say its in the nature of some people to see what they want to.  There are those so desparate, lonely, etc. they convince themselves of things that aren't true.  Its part of what drives stalkers who believe the person they are stalking has returned their affection, when in fact they never did anything except perhaps be polite.  That applies equally to the female "beast" as it does the male, its a human problem.

I get that alot.  They want to help me explore my submissive side, becasue it will make me a better domme.
My usual response is "You first.  You sub to me, and I might think about it, k?"

this is my greeting to everyone and that is all it is and

awesome day and because it is out of the blue and they
do not get greetings like this they are taken aback and
think that there is an underlying motive with this person
no just  a greeting and i have had some gr8 acquaintances

Yea i get alot of sub males who want to serve me....i just luagh and tell them i wouldn't know what to do with them after tying them up. (And in honesty...i probably wouldn't do that right.)
