what a great question. I used benwa balls in the past and have a horror story to tell you. Former Master used to have a girl wear them all the time, difficult part is when you use the bathroom you have to pop them out first, well if moist and excited, had an incident where was driving my grandmother home, and got out of the car, darn things popped out rolled down my leg and started rolling down the driveway. She asked me what was that...ummm..grandma..they are just marbles..thats all...

Benwa balls can be worn long periods, its just gets to the point you forget about them....No you don't have to get the chiming ones, most of them don't chime...but if you want to upgrade with a lot of lube and practice, you can upgrade to the chinese hand medicine balls..o0(yes tried those too, but placed condoms around them so its easier to pull them out)....they chime, and the size is like a fisting orgasm initself...
