After google helped me, I think Lovecraft spelled your last choice as "Azathoth" (without the "r" in the middle.)

Specifically, those four dynasties are "LINES of Houses...."

The Hanover LINE is of the HOUSE of Brunswick that ran from George I through Victoria.  The HOUSE of Windsor runs from George V through the current monarch Elizabeth II.  The first three LINES are all of the HOUSE of Plantagenet.
