Yes, not unique.

I thought Comet etc would point to the answer too quickly.

Your turn, Lance.

Good that it took you so long to confirm.  I just now got one to put up:

Imperial
Elephant
Royal
Princess

Edited to adjust colors.

Nope, not colors nor types of jade.

Hint #1: Not unique
Hint #2: The colors (and comment about adjusting colors) have NOTHING to do with the answer.  I was just tired of all black. LOL! Especially after "Bob, A Legend returns" called me on using color and size.

Hint #3: intenze might have stumbled across a hidden clue, but her guess is wrong.

Types of fonts - warmer, but not even tepid, just warmer than any guess so far, including the guess of:
Diamonds/gemstones - which is cold as ice.

There is no hidden clue in diamonds vs. ice, just happened to see that before I hit the "send" button.

Hint #4: Nothing to do with London tube stops, although England and America (and NO other countries) shared a list which is the answer.  The list had about 20 or 25 items on it.  Then England dropped the entire list, while America continued with only 5 or 6 items.  I first picked 4 of the short, America-only list, hoping for a unique (or near-so) list.  All my choices were instantly solved by googling the quartet.  What I did to make this, difficult-to-google quartet  was take 3 from the America-only list and one from the original, joint list.

 <EVIL grin>

Edited to clear up a really confusing Hint #4.

Hint #5: Many sailboats are made of wood, but other than that, not sure how sailboats relate to fonts.

and read off the answer!  <LIke "Wheel of Fortune" when all the letters are exposed.... Although, I have seen people mis-read the answer! LOL!>

You see, I must get busy on a certain project and will be away from quartets for a while.  But before I leave, I need to pass the baton.

Yes, fluff.  PLEASE go ahead. I'll be "away" from Quartets for maybe as long as 2 weeks.  I absolutely MUST finish this contract computer programming job before the late penalties wipe out what little profit is to be had.  Damn you, BLoved!  Just, DAMN you! LOL!
