I'lll bet such embarrassment is not an uncommon occurance. It's why so many ask questions in this health forum, and while these aren't necessarily answers from a doc himself, they bring awareness to those who were previously unaware....like me, in this case. Fortunately ice water flushes are not something he's all that excited about. I was miserable enough from a few little ice cubes.

When I've asked someone to sequester two or three regulation cubes in this and/or that nook or cranny, or foundation garment, no apparent health or safety problems have resulted. As for a quart and a half of root beer slushie or lemon-lime sherbet, I don't have any data to offer.

Whereas I am qualified to consult on supervising the crafting of naked snow angels and other Northern Specialties.

So anyway, now that you've heard from the experts--and me--what do you say?

Gonna put the Eskimo thing on your X-mas list?

Or just not Inuit?

Ive never had an ice enema. But the thought of being 'tortured' in such a way, I must admit is somewhat of a turn-on.

Id be concerned however, about larger amounts of ice for long periods of time...especially anally, moreso than vaginally. I do think that could seriously fuck with body temperature in a relatively quick period of time. Im not a medical pro on assholes or anything like that, but the concern would cross my mind.

Couldn't do it if I wanted to. I have allergic reactions to the cold, particularly cold water. It's not lethal but I get hives and inside my butt is not a place I want to be scratching.
