Ok this is very stupid... and true

I am looking for a job right now, and I had my cell phone listed as a secondary phone number on my resume. I got a call for my second interview that went straight to my cell phone, now this should not be a problem, right? Well I keep putting off getting a new voice mail message. My current one says "You know what to do, so just do it" in a very sexy voice. That is what the secretary of the company I am applying to heard when she called to schedule my appointment....

Last night I set the time on my alarm clock, but I forgot to turn it on!  I knew I had to get up extra early because we were getting a lot of snow overnight.  I woke up late and was very late for work.  I felt like such a moron.  Luckily I could blame it more on the snow and traffic than getting up late.

I decided in a suddent state of ravenousness after seeing some drive in menu from 1963, that I want some good old fashoned fried fattening, greasy shit in my bowels, I got out, get 3 double chesse burgers, a bunch of frries and some nice spicy chili. I combine all three into  chili cheese seasoned fried, and three double chili cheeseburgers.

I payed for it about 2 hours later.

The End

I take beta carotene softgel capsules as a supplement (among other things).  I managed to somehow drop one on the carpet, then step on it.   This released a nice orange oily substance into the carpet which was LOTS of fun to clean up.

Usually I can blame the cats for any mishaps to the carpet, but not this time.

The usual for me; trusted someone who should not have been trusted.

When will I learn to be cynical, sceptical and hateful to others? How can I develop these eminent qualities? I'll be 40 this time next year for goodness sake!

Procrastinated doing the winter mulch on my roses. I was out doing it, in the dark, in a freezing ice storm, with wind, last night.

When I was finally finished I had a nice layer of ice on my coat, in addition to the back door being sufficiently iced shut. The door on the south side of the house was, of course, locked. I had to get a pry bar and hammer to get the unlocked, but well iced, storm door open. Me, coated with ice, in a driving freezing blowing rain, in the dark, trying to pry the door open so that I could get in. In addition, to add to the indignity and humour of the whole situation, the 2 dogs and cat were sitting and staring at me thru the door from the nice WARM and DRY interiour of the house.

I decided to test if I still sensitive to milk by eating a can of rice pudding.

Apparently I'm still sensitive to milk .... if u go by the pain and the bloated (to the size of carrying hippo quads in the 13th month) are anything to go by.... of course it could be a co-incidence

Oh, I do that sometimes, too. For me it's IBS, so each time I drop a bit of weight, I test how well my IBS is doing by downing a pint of milk.

Biiig mistake

I accepted something a lame-ass co-worker of mine said without verifying, and almost let someone leave work that was not supposed to.

That's why they have wheels on them... so you can ride them to somepalce that's warm

Walked right into a doorframe this morning. Shook stuff on the counters two rooms away. Why is it i can never bruise while scening, but constantly manage to get bruises from doing stupid things?
