I'm falling, can you help me?
Can anyone catch me when I come?
Through the sky, and through the clouds,
The mist and the rain wetting my back,
While tears wet my cheeks.
Oh God, Help me... I'm falling.
I'm falling, can you save me?
Does anyone see me tumbling down?
Like a waterfall, flying into space.
Blood rushing in my veins, pounding in my head.
While tears wet my cheeks.
Oh God, Help me... I'm falling.
I'm falling, can you stop me?
On this edge of a cliff, looking down?
Three fingertips entwined in yours.
Salty moisture from tears, and the grip slips slowly.
Too many tears, wiped away with those hands.
Oh God, Help me... I'm falling.
I'm falling, will you watch me?
Promise to stand there untill the end?
My name caught forever on your lips?
No scream from my throat, no blame from my lips.
I pray if it hurts, it will only hurt for a little while.
