Actually, badgers, otters, and ferrets are all mustelids. Muskrats are not. (And ferrets don't swim, they only make messes in water.) Alternately, you could have gone with the fact that the domestic ferret (no real relation to the black-footed ferret) is the only one that has been domesticated for over 2700 years.
