Without looking at every answer on here I am sure I'm going to repeat most of them with "WHAT IN F**KS NAME ARE YOU THINKING". Am pretty sure that in most areas genital mutilation would not be done by a legal doctor, in most it is illegal (certainly where I live) unless it has to be done for medical reasons.. And why, oh why, would you want to remove the only place that gives your girl pleasure.... please let this be a joke thread and not the askings of a real person......

The Master pairs the sub's service or pain with sexual play to produce sexual arousal and (if she'd lucky) orgasm in the sub. Over the course of their relationship, the association deepens to the point that service and pain produce sexual arousal as a conditioned response.
