I have been looking for a site that shows, chineses lettering. I would like a tattoo, that  says slave in chineses, with the bdsm emblem below it. It look so disthinguished.Im sure all Dommes will know what i am, as sone as the see it.

and use the translating link'

You type in the word or words and it gives you the translation.

LOL Well...Chinese Dommes anyway.

Last summer when I was looking for a design, I found the following sites useful:

www.tattoofinder.com
www.tattoodles.com
www.tattoojohnny.com

Note that many of them charge to download the specific tat.  Don't, until you talk to your local tattoo place - many of them already have subscriptions to these sites and can download for no additional charge as part of the fee to get your tat.

They should also be able to work with you to come up with the design you want.

I'd use just the first character (as in Peach's tattoo), not the two together.

No offense but I would NEVER use Babelfish as it is only rudimentary translating.  If you truly want something like this find a person in real life who knows the system of lettering.  Tattos with kanji Japanese or chinese are generally wrong and don't say what they are supposed to. 

This site is great for showing how wrong even the most well meaning tattooist's ink can go.

Now I know how often mistakes are made, the only way I'd ever get a kanji on me permanently is to ask a professor of kanji for the correct one and probably ask two or three kanji experts for maximum correctness.  I'm a little picky on what goes on my body so I would want to be sure.  So be careful and don't go by a website alone.

Really?  I did not know that about Babelfish. Well that explains alot.  No wonder my cousins in Greece never have any idea what I'm writing about when I use babelfish to translate.

I thank everyone who is trying to find symbols, for the word slave in chineses.I started this in the morning, and now i have four different ways of writing the word.Cant i find one person in North America that can write the word slave.We are in 2006, not 1492. I have read some good articles. thank everyone.

Use the first character in the phrase in the site that DiurnalVampire linked.  That means "slave."  Or just go here and look at Peach's tattoo:

i was here long ago under another name and have recently returned. i have the slave symbol on my thigh for slave, i found it at castle realm thru one of the links. hope that helps if you havent already found it.  casey

check the symbol under nikkicd10's post hon..thats the symbol there.  i got a nice sterling piece thru castlerealm of the symbol.  good luck...casey
