There is a FemDomme organization in the Philadelphia area for people in a committed relationship. It can be found here:

We have been meeting since last spring. It's run by the Dommes and is an excellent way to network with other people trying to pursue a female dominant l/s. Note: this is a carefully moderated group and all new members have to fill out a questionare.
