Designate yourself a switch and you can be sure to get lots of attention from Dom's. You know the ones. Big bad and strong, never give in, BUT maybe just with You i can be on the other side of the paddle???

Just looking at life in general, shouldn't there be more people who are a little of both (d/s, m/s, m/f) than people who are strictly one or the other anyhow? Just a thought.

I think the only way you can switch with one person is if you both see each other as equals. I have this with one person, and that has led to a deep caring relationship.

Do you ever meet people who you find attractive to the Dom/me part of you, but not to the Sub part of you, or vice versa?

To date this is the only way I work.  I don't switch with a single partner.  Whether I'm dominant, equal or submissive to another is part of my inherent chemistry with them, not something I can or want to shift back and forth.

Or is someone just attractive to you and it doesn't really matter whether you go Dom/me or Sub to them?

I am not one who normally has any romantic or sexual ties to my D/s partnerships.  I sometimes will find a dominant personalitied person attractive, but never someone submissive to me.  My sexual and romantic relationships tend to develop naturally for me with no consideration for D/s possibilities or inclinations... I just don't feel that way towards those submissive to me, sometimes find those dominant to be attractive, and only can have a solid partnership with someone who is equal to me with no D/s dynamic between us..

If you're bisexual, do members of one gender tend to be attractive to the dominant side of you more than the submissive side, and members of the other tend to be attractive to the submissive side of you more than the dominant side?

No.  For me so far no pattern like this has emerged.  It's purely on an individual basis.

I am bisexual and find that I enjoy domming women. With men, however, I'm much more comfortable switching or even playing in a more vanilla style. For a long time I wondered why that was. In the end, I've decided it doesn't matter. I know what I like and I just go with it. The biggest problem, however, with saying you're bisexual is that men feel the need to act as though they are the one person who can change the way you feel, whether they want to dominate you or submit to you.

Now for your first question. I have never met a girl to whom I wanted to submit. I have however, met men to whom I wanted to submit and men I wanted to domme, as well as men I just wanted to jump regardless of whos ass was getting spanked. I like to think it's pretty normal.

I meet people that are only attractive to certain parts.

MasterDWS says: "This switch shit has only grown since the internet took over some BDSM teachings and allowed a few to make them what they seem to need out of a one time perfectly safe lifestyle."

Wow, guess you can find Luddites in just about any situation.  So, it would be ok for vanilla folk to say "This Domme shit has only grown since those pesky females got the vote.  Those BDSM folks made something bad out of what used to be a perfectly safe lifestyle." LOL Gotta love it!
