Akisha, great point about Holmoka and Bernardo,my heart  aches when I think of the poor parents of those girls they murdered...

I'm not sure what you mean by "followed by legalities"?

I do what I do because I have decided it is right for me- not because a law tells me whether it's legal or not to do.

I hate to burst your bubble about them being prosecuted...
There are far more dangerous crimes that need attention.Not saying its right to look the other way,but unless someone says they were molested or raped they do look the other way.And if they do prosecute,it amounts to a slap on the wrist.

It's illegal to have sex with a virgin in Washington state.  Even on her wedding night.  Oral sex is illegal in 19 states (last I knew.)  Anal sex is illegal in 24 states.  It's illegal for a Nevada legislator to wear a penis costume while on official business - during session.

Joking aside, much of what we engage in as consenting adults in a BDSM setting is also illegal - assault and battery being the most common.  Consent is not a sufficiant defense against these laws.  Interestingly enough, there's quite a bit of Biblical and Islamic precedence (for those who care) regarding a man marrying sisters. 

It doesn't bother me if adult siblings have sex (or even consenting adult father/daughter/mother/son/whatevers.)  It does bother me, though, if precautions against pregnancy aren't taken - the baby of such unions doesn't have the same right to consent.

Hmm it's actually very unlikely for it to be prosecuted- and likely only if a personal friend/other relative made it into a big deal.

Think it has been said enough: Most of the kinks and fetish's Anyone has will most likely be, and most often are considered Immoral and Unethical by Anyone who does not have those particular kinks or fetish's.

We override that immoral/unethical boundry by demanding that all those involved be considered consenting adults where ever it is they reside. Legalitys doesn't have diddly to do with any of this simply (as has already been stated) because a vast majority of kinks and fetish's are Illegal. So why are they illegal if they involve consenting adults? Because alot of the illegal status came when (I think) the religious morals and ethics committees some how wormed their way into our political foundations. Isn't the basis of all this to try and not judge the morality and ethics, and support people doing what they want to do because they are consenting adults? I don't have to like or I may even have a ewwwwww factor about some particular things..but if I don't support their right as consenting adults to do it..then I am doing nothing but damning myself in the process.

If the persons involved are minors or are unconsenting in any form or fashion..then completely agree without question it is Wrong. If either of these things are not the case then if they want to screw their brother, eat shit, lick dirty feet..what the hell ever..then rock on.

Amen! Sorry to get to this dance late but ....... Incest is a very common fantasy, at least I come to that conclusion by the amounts of fantasy availible in that area. Really I can not think of ONE act that falls in wiitwd that would not be considered, immoral, illegal or disgusting by someone or some group somewhere.
