Hi everyone
I would like some advice on getting on the chat here.
I have taken the download option at the start page but it still doesn't connect for some reason?
Any ideas?

Hi there. Sorry you're having problems with the chat as well. I tried getting in a few times. I've tried downloading things. I've tried turning off my firewall temporarily... Nothing seems to work.

Hi, and welcome.

The chat client requires Java to run. If you're using Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options> Advanced and make sure the Java box is checked on. You'll need to restart after changing its status here.
