This as a sub is something that really interests me, but also scares me. I have seen videos of man being fisted by women, even elbow deep, but wonder how you get someone trained to take a fist, even elbow deep. I am also curious about any lasting damage, because one hears of people needing diapers from abuse. Can this be enjoyed without damage?

At Denver's Thunder a couple years ago (http://www.ThunderInTheMountains.com), I watched a woman (Midori) fist her pup. To me, this would be the ultimate submissive act and I could only do so with someone I loved and adored. Although it scares me I know I will do it, I just need to find the right Domme !

The training is basically in relaxation. Nothing is "stretched." It is more a matter of learning on both a conscious and subconscious level (there are two sphincters that have to be passed and only one is under conscious control) that the body is not at risk so it doesn't have to tighten up to defend itself. There are at least two excellent books for those interested in anal fisting (handballing.) The most specific one is "Trust: A Guide to the Sensual and Spiritual Art of Handballing" by Bert Herrman. Bert has been a friend of mine for decades and he does an excellent job of explaining the techniques and safety procedures. A more general book is Anal Pleasure and Health by Dr. Jack Morin. I don't know him personally but the book is excellent. There are a lot of myths around, spread mostly by those who haven't fisted or been fisted. These books are both real world information.

John, Sir... What about those men who can grab their anuses with both hands, fingers inside, pulling outwards to show off their innards? What do they call such an opening; those with ...what, scar tissue surrounding the anus...some kinda flower? (no, it ain't ‘rosebud’, I’m sure) Surely the men who boast 'a flowered anus' must have done something to make it so? While I have books on anal sex and fisting (more for women)...I have no idea what causes this radical change. And, does that change mean the owner must wear Depends? Curiously probing, Beverly

It will take years of training before you can take it elbow deep. Diane

I am, however, somewhat of an expert in scar tissue thanks some unfriendly souls in Cambodia, and I can state that scar tissue is both less flexible and more prone to cracking and tearing than the skin and muscle it replaces.

greetings everyone has a thing they wish to try out! some are a little different then other and some are well way out there this fisting is something i do not understand if you want something so big in you i have seen very giant dildos that can really make you have that full feeling i think you may be looking for. but to put a fist up into the area of you ansu do you know when you have a SIGMOIDOSCOPY they must gave you powerful laxztive to clean you out so they may get into there and no an plain of water pushed into will not clean you enough and they when someone is going into to you in that area, with there arms up to the elbow you must a sedative and this is something so seroius they gave a waring of if patient has hear problem renal dieseae they should not ever take this so when they have their hand up in you i saw one with two arms inside up to the elbows this is reaching into you large intestines. everyone has their kink but i do not see what the pleasure is in this on someone maybe able to tell me why this is a pleasure act . it is dangerous to me but i only have my opinion that is all someone tell me please wwhat is the pleasure factor in this act i am one to believe in i do not know all and i am willing to learn what is going on mons

I enjoy stretching men's anuses, I admit it. I have fisted 5 men this year, and one in his first ever anal session took about 3 hours. I am very careful, and always do this to someone with them facing me so I do not have not rely soley on verbal cues. The clear plug idea is a glorious one, I may just have to get me one of them.... I have never caused tearing, and only once even had the slightest bit of blood during anal play. Honestly, the hardest part for me is making sure not to stab his insides with my acrylic nails, because as someone else put it, if they're not completely relaxed and totally trusting on a deep fundamental level, it won't work. Even if they are playing and have their arm in up to their elbow...they are still in the lowest portion of the large intestine...but more than likely no further than the sigmoid colon...the large intestines go in reverse (excuse the pun here) from the anus..to the rectum about 4-6 inches long....to the sigmoid colon...about 6-8 inches long to the descending colon...the transverse colon, the ascending colon..then you have the appendix and the small intestines...basically the rectum is a big storage area...most people that are constipates have stool stuck in here.. when fisting, by logistically looking at the length and the flexibility of the human body, a hand could easily fit and stay in the rectum...provided it could pass through the anal sphincter and the other sphincter that eludes my memory at present....me...i have had far too many repaires of the delicate area to have anyone disturb it...scar tissue doesn't stretch and well i have had enough fissues to last a lifetime.. I hope that i have given you a good visual of the lower part of the human anatomy... You should honestly see some of the pieces of stool that i have seen coming out of a constipated adult...you would think that they gave birth the diameter of some of the things that i have seen come out...so if it can come out...it is my guess it can go in...to some people... as far as what someone else had said it is a relaxation issue....people are anesthitised dueing the sigmoidoscopy becasue it is easier to perform on a person that is relaxed...and it is uncomfortable..I wouldnt say painful ( having had my share of investigatory tests) the relaxation helps the doctor perfor the test and also permits them to take a biopsy as necessary.
