Status: offline 		here we go. the property is up for sale and teh realitor is bring a party by at 11 am. they are 26 minutes late.

as intrustive as this has gotten- im ready to tell him showings are on Saturday- period. not every day.

-besides alot of times you have the lookiloos. if you want an 800k mansion- see the builder in back of the mall. dont bust in my place ant turn your nose up- because i fired both the upstairs maid AND the donwstairs maid.

Status: offline 		Yes that can be the pits and then some.  Have renters in a house i am selling and the one requirement i made with the realtor was that the autistic kids living there not be disturbed and therefore notice must be given enough in advance so the care givers can take the boys somewhere else rather than be home during the invasion.  The kids on the other hand must keep their home nice and clean which with their caregivers is always cleaner than my home is

Status: offline 		here teh people never showed to day. they toured the otehr unit- but not this unit.
