Alaska - A 44-year-old Anchorage man had his penis surgically reattached after it was cut off by an angry girlfriend and flushed down a toilet, local police said on Sunday.

I can think of one 41 year old man that truly deserves this punishment...but only one!!

Another reason not to play when angry. Never let someone who is upset with you tie you up.
