I had the pleasure of meeting not one but four people from collarme a little over a week ago. They could not have been more enjoyable to spend the evening with. Each one was intelligent, witty, and sincere and made the whole experience a positive one.

Too often in this medium we run into "players" and dishonesty. It can become discouraging and lead to a lot of missed opprotunities because of the fear it builds. I want to thank these four for reminding me that not all online meetings result in offline disasters.

I look forward to building friendhsips, vanilla or otheriwse, with all, and sharing experiences and knowledge in this shared lifestyle.

The pleasure at this meeting was shared by at least myself, and I am fairly certain everyone had a good time.

It was wonderful to meet you and quite delightful that we connected in the way we did.

This is not the first time I have met up with folks from this message board, but it was indeed the most rewarding (and promising). *smile*

The pleasure was all mine, Celestia. I was so happy to finally meet you after making several attempts that the weather didn't cooperate with.

Anyone up for an "UNOFFICIAL" - CollarMe members convention? Vegas is always inexpensive to get to from anywhere, and maybe we can hook up with the local group. OR if we did LA, where there are more clubs, we can 'rent' the facilities for a night.

We're up for it!

Vegas sounds pretty cool...and, like you said, pretty cheap. Also, Thunder in the Mountains is coming up in June (I think) in Denver (I think), that might work as well...

I would like to know if such a meeting or convention would take place..Certainly would be interested!

Sounds like a winner...a room full of opinionated people from the forum and all have toys ...smile...

I know ..I know...(raises hand)...How about a Nationwide bus tour with Mercnbeth as the guides....Lifestyle on wheels....

Considering the fact that many of you have really piqued my interest I would LOVE to join you, but life being the way it is, it's not likely... Should I be able to quit my job before then, you can count on me showing up.

I don't know if I'll be able to gather up funds or not.. time probably won't be a problem.
