Had needle play tonight.  Was terrific experience.  However had a bump, size of a quarter, develop under area of skin in chest area.  Hard to the touch.  Encounter was extremely safe, sealed sterilized needles, latex gloves, alcohol, bandaids afterwards.  Had several "buttons" on chest and a couple staight in back/shoulder area.  One area on chest has bump.  Anyone have this scenario happen.  Called doctor, other than his moral judgement( you shouldn't do that again) suggested go see regular physician in morning.  Would appreciate any thoughts experiences similar to this.  Should I be calling an ambulance?  I feel high right now, but don't feel ill or anything.  :)

Probably a blood blister, but that's my uneducated, top of the head opinion.

Describe the bump a bit more.  Is it black?  Is it red? Is it growing larger?  Is it extremely sore to the touch?  Does it feel hot?

My question would be how trained in piercing is your Master?
There are so many places it's absolutely NOT OK to poke needles through on the human body.
Nerves can be damaged permanently if someone does not know how to avoid running a needle through them.
I have read a slave's blog about her 15 year in the life Master permanently damaging her with only ten needles.
The first time they used needles he decided to start doing needle play in her vagina lips and clit.
He was very careful all the sterile factors they'd viewed others use. The thing was he did all the needles without studying the nerve structure underneith.
When the scene was done she said she felt numb.
A few days later she went to her gynecologist and found out he'd run through so many sensitive nerves she no longer could feel sensual feelings in her clit at all due to the nerve damage.

Over all when it comes to needle play watching others seem to cover every inch of skin with needles makes it seem safer than it is.
Learning from observing others and being trained for real are very different things.

If indeed your Sir does not know the vein & nerve structure underlying the skin maybe indeed he damaged a vein or something.

I would definitely go to the Doctor and have the bump checked out regardless of your Sir's knowledge or experience.

If it is any of what Grizzly bear asked. If it is puffy and produces any yuck (yellow puss)or if a red line begins to migrate from the site go see a doctor asap. In any case go buy some non iodized sea salt and make a solution with it 1 teaspoon to one cup of hot water take a clean wash cloth and soak it in the solution hold it on the area for 15min do this twice dayly it should help

Bump has decreased in size to about a mosquito bite.  No colour, no puss.  Thanks for all the responses.

onestandingstill   It wasn't a Master/slave type thing.  Just a girl looking for a pin cushion.  She was really into the scene, she was very safe.  She insisted on non genital areas, non nerve ending areas, and she pierced herself as a demonstration of how it worked.  Felt completely safe, except for the fact that I hate needles.  ;)

Where would one find the literature for things like nerve locations and good / bad spots for needle play?
