Ours comes down around 12th night.

I hate how the season starts in August, too. I usually ban any christmas activity until the start of December.

One year I left it up til almost Valentine's Day, was gonna decorate it w/ hearts and such, then do each holiday along those same line, hehehe.....

however my best friend came over one day and her and her kids took it down and packed it all away for me, she didn't much care for my idea, LOL

I was out in the stores today trying to exchange some fleece pullovers that I got for Christmas & all I could find were bathing suits. They had 2 racks of winter clearance & that was it. I want long johns & they want me to think about wearing a bathing suit. BTW the tree comes down when I can be bothered doing it (it's fake)
