Recently, I was talking to a submissive male who had looked at my BDSM checklist and noticed the following:

For foot worship I indicated a '3'. bootworship a '5' and heelworship a '2'. He thought it odd that my level of interest for them would be differant, given they all are foot related.

I see these all as distinctly differant, though in the same catagory. I feel bootworship is not only about the foot, but also about the bootblacking...the care and maintanence of the boots, which can add a nice ritualistic quality to the D/s. My reason for not making actual footworship as high was frankly, I wasn't looking for someone who's a one trick pony for feet. And with heel worship, my reasoning is, I just don't do well in very high heels given my frame.

Does anyone else compartmentalize these activities?

Interesting. I've never compartmentalized these activities before but the way you propose it makes a lot of sense.

I tend to separate them. I enjoy foot worship but am not interested in boot worship. I cannot wear heels for more then 5-10 minutes so I avoid that.

To be honest, I've never had much interest in foot or boot worship. Until I met my boy, that is. Now I take a great deal of pleasure in watching the attention he pays to my boots with his tongue.

I also place a lesser value on heel worship, but being 5'2" I do still enjoy wearing them during playtime.

It was introduced to me early on in life actually. My girlfriend at the time was teasing me in her boots and asked me to

Ms I have always had a foot fetish and yes what you said makes a lot of sense,everyone has different views and comfort levels associated with the fetish ( both dommes and subs),I tend to be more on the extreme side with liking the trampling aspect,enduring a mistress weight barefoot and in heels,having the heel marks parade my body is one of the many ways I enjoy submitting.
