We made one by putting large eye hooks in the ceiling beam. a length of wood doweling. Round or square works, and two small rope pully things. hook pullies to eye hooks in the ceiling, hook other end of pully to eye hooks in the end of the doweling. Nice thing about this is it's easy to put away, plus you can raise or lower the height of the pony at will. Plus most pully systems have a quick release if you want if lowered immediately.

If anyone is interested, I made a pony out of particle board and formiced the sides. The I cut a bevel on the top and placed a piece of Aluminum angle stock on top so the point is facing up. Everything came from HD, it looks good, it's sterile, and the effect is immediate.

Yes Dom Depot has lots of good stuff but you forgot the hard plastic carpet protector with the little stubbies projecting for the side. For $1.99 a foot it is a great deal. Ross ©º°¨¨°º©

Good… I only say this because in the beginning, my desire to please was greater than my common sense and I barely made it out of a few scary situations… not involving the wooden pony – but other things~ best wishes on your exploration~

I just came across this post and it reminded me of a show I just watched on the history channel this week. It was about the POW camp during the Civil War that was in Chicago. They showed a wooden horse that they used on prisoners. The thing was maybe 10 feet high and the prisoners would be bound, sat on the horse, and then buckets of water tied to their feet. Somehow I don't think this was a consensual relationship though! However, for people that I am in a consensual situation with, I have a spanking bench I made that can easily (by design) have other types of tops to switch in and out for various uses. I think a wooden horse top might just be one of the attachments I've been looking for!

My sub made me a wooden pony with an old hores saddle strabed to the wide wooden top its realy a high saw horse with long legs so that when I sit in the saddle my feet or toes just reach the floor, My arms held appart above my head wrist manacles made from dog collars that hang by chains from eybolts bolted to thecelining. L metal dildo is set in the midlle of the saddle. Electric current is sent to the dildo from an old fashioned telephone generator that my sub activates by turning the handle on the generator. For intesense sensation it need noit be a thin plank (sadldle?). Afix a stiff-bristle scrub brush to the horse and see a different sort of sensation. (This can also lead to appropriate discomfor to males as well..)
