I had one...it's the best thing I ever did for myself.  Do it!  You will not regret it.

RobertCloud -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/4/2007 10:32:16 PM)

From a males point of view...
Personally, I prefer natural, no matter the size. In fact I have recommended some get breast reductions when they have H cup and larger.
But from AA cup to C cup, stay the way you are..
If you are truly unhappy, then make yourself happy, get it done, but I would be one of the people that would not be interested in that point.
Everytime I hear someone mention a Boob Job, I remember something on one of the discovery channels about a guy who took a bet and lost and had to get a boob job. He was all male, hairy chest and all, except he had breast like a female under that hair.
Nah... I have met many women that have had it done, and I just did not like it on any of them. But that is my personal preference. A lot of other men do like it, and I am only one of many, so do what makes you feel best.

My thoughts are I do have little boobs butI think I'll never have a boob job as it's not conducive of S&M play.
It would make rough squeezing and needles hard limits.

Ahh I am so  glad that you said that. Too many do not realise that breast implants & rough handling do not mix.

My sister had implants, she was working on her 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. The doctor assured her that it would be no problem yet after a chest blow her implant ruptured in one breast. She now has silicone floating around in her body & has developed other problems from it.

Breast implants are limiting, not just a case of sudden big perky boobies.

Subalps- go to Mentor4u.com and look at the before and after gallery. Take a pic of yourself and self impose the size you would like on the picture. Remember to do your research and consider if this is something you really want and if you are willing to forgo really hard play, but with the new gel types they are suppose to put up with more abuse than the old saline ones. Check it out and make your decision as a personal one. I am getting one for my birthday from my Master and I have waited all my life for this. I will be going from an A to a large C or small D. I am so exicted. I would also like to hear from more women that have had it done before i go under the knife. Good luck to you.

AquaticSub -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/5/2007 11:39:16 AM)

Can't say I've ever considered getting an enchancement, though I am looking into reduction. Just don't get string implants. They never stop growing and you can't remove them.

Edited to add: Make sure you know what you are doing when you go under the knife. Larger breasts cause problems that many people don't consider. Mine knock thems over (I have lost breakable items to this), cause me terrible back pain, you can have problems finding clothing that fits correctly and the undesired attention you get may affect you differently then you think it will. If it's something you really want, then I would say go for it as it can make many women really happy. However, I would like them to consider that there may be downsides, particularly the larger one goes.

subalps -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/5/2007 1:26:45 PM)

thanks for all the comments :)

for the record, im not a small chested girls wanting DD's but rather was once a large chested girl who had DD's but lost them during my weight loss process.

i dont mind the fact so much that they shrunk (B-C's) but more the fact that they now sag. ideally i'd like some perfectly round C's as i like to wear revealing clothes (or at least master insists that i do :)) and i just dont feel comfortable with them anymore

will continue investigating

thanks,

julie

You can get them lifted without implants.

mymasterssub69 -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/5/2007 1:39:38 PM)

DD (or E depending on bra) here ...thinking seriously about a breast reduction not because of problems with back ...just to reduce them to a smaller size.

akisha -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/5/2007 3:12:31 PM)

Other thing to think about

How does your body respond to surgery? Do you have olive or ethnic skin that has a tendancy to scar badly? Does your body reject sutures? Do you have any known allergies to anesthetic?  Is the enhancement going to be to and extent where you are going to need nipple repositioning surgery as well? ( more scaring issues) What are the chances your body will reject the implant?

As someone else said, if you lost your boobs to a weightloss thing, it's pretty easy to get a breast lift and reperking *S*

One of the funniest things i saw was a picture joke of a really old lady all wrinkly and saggy with huge perky boobs. the caption said "Beauty may fade, but implants last forever" [:D]

YourhandMyAss -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/5/2007 4:04:27 PM)

unless they burst  or deflate because of a rupture lol.

Jnj -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/5/2007 8:05:44 PM)

I've had them done, and have never been anything but happy with the results.  I was a C and am now a DD, and love my big perky tits.  However, there are some things I wish I had known -- I wrote them down for a friend a couple of months ago, and will repost them here for your consideration.

-Honestly evaluate your reasons for wanting implants, and be honest with your doctor when he asks why you desire them. Strongly consider the possibility that they will not get you more attention, will not make others love you, and will not drastically improve your life and body image.
-Visit several different doctors for consultations. Ask to see pictures of their bad boob jobs, and if they will not show you any, do not allow them to do your surgery.
-If you or your family are prone to keloids, discuss capsular contracture in-depth with your doctor.
-When deciding on a choice, err on the side of too large. More women return to have their breasts redone due to lack of size than return for reductions.
-Bring pictures to your doctor of what you would like your breasts to look like -- make sure these pictures include before and after. Choose a before picture of a woman whose breasts are almost identical to the ones you have and who has an after picture that is exactly what you want. Implantinfo.com is a good resource for this.
-Make sure that your primary sexual partner can stomach the feel of implants. Even silicone ones do not feel like the real thing.
-Prepare yourself for the fact that you will need to do a great deal of upkeep on your breasts. This does not neccesarily include a bra, but does include daily massages, several new boob jobs to replace bags through the years, and special considerations when sleeping/walking/scening/playing with the dog, etc.
-Prepare yourself for the possibility that you may either lose sensation and feeling completely in your nipples, and possibly other areas of the breast, or gain oversensitivity to the point where you can not even wear a tshirt.
-Take at least a week off work. Make sure someone can stay with you for at least four days after the surgery. You will not be able to walk up stairs, cook, take your medication, open a soda, wipe yourself, or take a shower without someone's help.
-Prepare for pain. Unimaginable, screaming, begging, regretting pain. It can last for days.
-Plan for the possibility that you may not be able to drive for two weeks to a month.
-Accept that your breasts will look horrible for up to six months afterwards. (Mine were literally square and seven bra sizes larger than they are now for three months until the swelling subsided.)
-Your breasts will drop. Where they are on your body, and their size, will change over the first six months, again sometime around the one year point, and agains around 18 months.
-It is an irreversible decision. If you like them, great. If you don't, you've probably stretched the skin so much that you will have massive sagging if you have them removed.
-Expect people to notice your breasts and comment on them -- strangers in the mall, baristas behind the Starbucks counter. Not all of these comments will be pleasant. Boob jobs are noticable, and even though they are popular, many people will scorn you and belittle you for them.
-Prioritize. Is it more important for your breasts to be large side to side or front to back? Choose your bag based on this.
-Have your bags overfilled. If you choose 400 ccs, (btw, 200cc is a cup size), have them filled to 450-470 to keep wrinkles from showing on the bag.
-Realize that clothes, bras, and lingerie will never fit you the same again. I can't wear a lot of shirts and suits because they are made for softer natural breasts and implants are hard. They won't conform to the shape of a shirt.
-Take iron pills now. Good ones, not the crappy ones you buy at the grocery store. Most doctors will not do the surgery if you are at all low.
-Even if your doctor does nothing wrong during the surgery, you may still have very ugly disfigurement. Research capsular contracture, mondor's cord, and symmastia.
-Your implants will be warrantied. Your doctor's fees are not. If you go through with this, have enough disposable money in the bank at all times to get your breasts redone if one bursts.

wow. Thanks Jnj. Thaty was a great post! I never knew much of what you wrote. Very informative and in the know. I think that should be posted all over the web.

subalps -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/7/2007 12:04:15 PM)

yes, awesome post jnj. you've answered practically every questioned i've ever wanted to know the answer to :)

so as a brown skinned girl, should i expect scarring to be more prominant than a boob job on a white girl for example? for some reason pics of darker skinned girls are very scarce on the net

thanks

julie

MasDom -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/7/2007 1:28:21 PM)

Personally don't care either way.
I usually look for who the person is.
I,ve come to realize theirs no
point in shopping based on looks.

However I wounder why they don't go and just put vibrators ,or inflation devices into the implants by now?

Base it on personal fetish.
Stuffed cotton for the doll fetishist.
  Vibrations for the S&M chick,
with a wireless remote control.
For those with odd inflation fetishes the ones that grow and shrink.
Of course those could be a little more dangerous.
But what isn't when it comes to this sort of thing?

What I mean is.
You may as well add in a few features for personal amusement
Like two of those little greeting card music chips.
Make them bark or start telling jokes.

Have them light up for when you want to read something before bed time.

MasDom -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/7/2007 1:31:28 PM)

Sorry I know your all taking it serious.
I just had to say it. forgive me.
Nice post by the way.

Look what I really think is this.
Some people need to over come either a physical defect, and I respect that.
Others need to over come an emotional conflict.

And well you can do that in either two ways.
What you choose is up to you.
And i,ll never look wrongly at a woman who has them.

Just respect that she had her reasons and needs.

Jnj -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/7/2007 3:06:25 PM)

SubAlps,

I really don't know the answer to if your are more prominant to scar, but I believe I read somewhere that keloids are more prominent in dark skinned people, and I know that the gathering of the skin they do to close the implant scar (especially if you go through the armpit) is prone to create a hard, thick scar.  They have perfected it over time, but I still have a bit of that thick scarring (maybe the size of a pencil tip) on my nipple.

damia -> RE: boob job - anyone had one? (1/7/2007 11:21:39 PM)

i can understand the uncomfortable feelings about sagging boobs. i have DD's, and they sag. i'm only 21; i shouldn't have old-lady boobs.

Master has told me i can get a reduction and lift after we are married (His insurance would cover it, since they do cause me shoulder problems, and are a constant source of discomfort, as i really cannot feel beautiful with big, sagging boobs).

If you're not worried about their current size, you should seriously consider getting just the lift. It can make a huge difference.
