this is my newest poem, i hope everyone likes it. *She comes out of the dark* *Her smile warm and bright* *on a journey we do embark* *as She leads me into the light* *Her smile is warm and kind* *Her eyes twinkle with a spark* *as She takes hold of my mind* *and warmly melts my heart* *we walk along the shore* *She whispers in my ear* *offering me so much more* *then She pulls me near* *"There is nothing to fear* *I have so much to teach you* *so follow me, my dear* *first times are always new"* *She leads me to a place* *and She opens the door* *windows adorned with lace* *the same color She wore* *She takes me to a room* *candles placed all around* *there was no sense of doom* *only happiness was found* *She places me on a bed* *my limbs are gently bound* *my gentle laces of red* *i do not make a sound* *She says i am safe* *and She will do no harm* *in Her, i have faith* *and feel no alarm* *"There are some things* *that You should learn* *when your heart sings* *My love you shall earn"* *She blows out each candle* *and leaves me in the dark* *"I hope You can handle* *being alone when i depart"* *"I shall not be far away* *but this is your first test* *all I have to say* *is it's for the best"* *as i lie bound and alone* *i face my deepest fears* *a chill fills my bones* *and i burst out in tears* *off to my right* *i hear a stirring* *She emerges into sight* *then my heart does sing* *"I am here little one* *I have not abandoned you.* *your test is done* *and I love you, too."*

Michael, I tried to write a poem today but nothing came. I guess you got all the inspiration allotted this side of the Mississippi for today. Thank you for sharing your creation with us.

*The Collaring* *As I kneel at Your feet* *Your gentle touch I yearn* *The ache is bittersweet* *Makes my heart flame burn* *The look in Your eyes* *Brings me such joy* *And makes me realize* *That I am Your toy* *You reach out Your hand* *Brushing lightly against my cheek* *That’s when I notice the silver band* *Makes my body go weak* *“This gift of love* *makes you forever mine* *before the angels above* *and heaven devine* *if you except this* *symbol of My heart* *it will bring me such bliss* *for we shall never part”* *I shiver and sigh* *Eyes dancing with delight* *And I begin to cry,* *My soul shined so bright* *“i accept this token* *of the love we share* *our bonds, unbroken* *i share always wear* *i pledge to You* *my heart, unforsaken* *my life, anew* *will never be forsaken”* *Toward You, i bow* *Offering You everything* *For I belong to You now* *Which makes my heart sing* *“With this collar I pledge* *we’ll never be apart,* *may no wedge* *separate your heart from my heart”* *my eyes fill with joyful tears* *my journey now done* *After all these years* *My heart, You have won* *“i except this collar, Ma’am* *my pledge I give* *For a sub is who I am* *i give to You my life”* *In place, You lock it* *With great care* It was a perfect fit *i shall always wear* *You lift me up high* *In Your warm embrace* *i knew, with a sigh* *i have found my place.*
