Phishers are fishing for your money! Watch out for emails asking for you to update your personal info/passwords from ebay, paypal or dozens of other websites. These are often from phishers who send out emails that look real and ask for your personal info. Then, they go on a spending spree, at your expense. According to one source, phishing emails are up 42 percent in January and they target those users in the US more than anywhere else. When you get one of these from out of the blue, be smart. Delete it or forward it to the company that supposedly sent it and ask if it is on the level. 9 times out of 10, these are fake emails and a phisher is after your money. Don't give out your personal info and passwords on the internet. You'll be sorry, if you do. For more info, do a web search for "phishing"
