Yes but rarely. Just do not eat enough meat to make it worth while anymore. I did alot more of it when my kids were young and still living at home. The last thing we butchered, several years ago, was 4 lambs to split between 4 households..........lamb kabobs...YUMMY!!! Before that I did chickens alot, before the coyotes got the best of my attempt to raise chickens. Somewhere I have a funny DVD that was done during the lamb butchering, one of the guys was a film major at the university. It's quite hysterical. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttt, Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattt, I swear that sheep was calling his name. Oh, and the cattle are mostly breeding cattle. The young bull calves get sold late fall.
