Status: offline 		Um, so this is an embarassing question, but it doesn't seem to be the only one, so i'll go ahead and ask...

i have had extremely sensitive skin on my perineum, skin around my anus, and "crack" for a few years now. Often it's red, has small open "slit" type wounds, and bleeds a bit. Sometimes itches like a bitch too which can be quite agonizing.

my Master LOVES anal play (as do i) but it often interferes with that as well as vaginal sex, since any fluid &/or too much contact can burn quite intensley. Been to the doctor and he prescribed cortisone cream which didn't make a difference.

Anyone have any ideas, expecially natural ones? i already use natural baby wipes to clean back there, and am very careful what body soaps, etc touch the area. It seems to come and go, but more often than not is present in varying degrees.

Status: offline 		a fissure is an unhealing wound  in an opening not in the skin surounding...bascially it similar to having somone do an incision right on one of those anal creases and then it stays unhealed (having been the recipient of one of these maddening things I am only too aware of the trauma of one)

as far as treatig what i believe is a skin issue...there is something called duoderm  which is a protective film that is placed over an open area that i personally have used fro the treatemtn for a crack in the crack of my ass...i had this spot right in my crack that would well continuously crack and hurt and took forever to heal and even when it did start to heal it never fully healed...I put on a duoderm dressing after thoroughly cleaning the area with soap and water and dryign thoroughly...applied said dressing and becasue the dressing maintained the moisture to the area it help the area heal in its entirety The dressing normally sholdbe kept in place for 3-4 days without disturbing it. otherwise the trauma from disturbing it is counter productive.....a dotor that would deal with this is a general practitioer...a proctologist is a colorecatal doctor...so unless you are havign a problem with your actual hole...ir lower intestinges a proctologist isnt the one....the other typ eof doctor that may be able to deal with this issue is a dermatologist it is a skin issue..

and this is just my pealy words of advice when in doubt see a doctor....other wise your best bet is to keep it clean and prevent skin to skin abrasiveness...cheeks rubbing together is a nono...adn the moissture that gets trapped inbetween butt cheeks is a mazing the dressign material i was recommending works kind of like a sponge it keep the moisture at bay at a good level...it is also sponge like and is cushiony

I'd lay of anything that could cause further opening of the "cracks."  If you develop a true, deep fissure they can be terrors from hell.  The advice to see a colorectal surgeon, or colorectal doctor, aka (Proctologist) is sound.  The term Proctologist is an older term not often used these days.

Something that could be worth doing first is to go to a dermatologist--a skin specialist, for I would wonder if you might have an ongoing fungal problem.  Interestingly if you tend to have an open, red, irritated crack running upwards towards your back you can swipe the area with your finger and sniff it.  Often fungal issues smell distinctly like bread yeast. The most likely scenario if it is this is Candida albicans (though there are several others) a fungus that exists (usually) in a yeast form.  However sometimes the body seems to forget to keep it in its place and allows it to penetrate tissue.  The Candida enjoys this and the organism existing in the yeast or non-penetrating form goes "hyphal" and grows extensions into tissue causing tissue damage beyond irritation.  A dermatologist would take a gentle "scrape" and look at the material under a microscope.  If this is positive it'll be an easy fix using an fungicidal ointment.

If it were me and the problem was limited to a crack above the anus I'd buy an over the counter med called Terbinifine which is sold as Lamasil.  If fungal this could cure it in days.  In fact the itch should resolve in a day or so.  I don't know if Lamisil can be used directly on the anus.  However if it resolves the problem "in the crack," this is good information--at that point ask your MD-- "hey can I wipe this stuff on my asshole?" 

The itching could be an indication of a yeast/fungal infection.  Also if you are prone to vaginal yeast infections, especially ones that are recurrent, this could point in that direction too.

If the condition is not dermatologically related the condition can be dealt with by surgical means but that route, in my opinion is not one I'd like to go.  Check it out, a slave's anus is a terrible, terrible thing to waste!  (Not to mention that it's been a royal pain in the ass for you for two years....)

Status: offline 		Okay I was discussing the yeast problem with someone and it was suggested that a yogurt enema be used for an internal yeast problem.
Personally I would ask my Dr before trying it, and since most here think it will  only take an easy Dr's visit to help you... so see the Dr.
Good luck, I know it is hard to talk about this kind of stuff.. we are lucky to have CM for it all.

Status: offline 		If it's anal fissures they are from having hard bowel movements and straining. Slowly increase the amount of fiber in your diet and in the meantime get a stool softener without laxative, otc, to try to help before you see a colonorectal specialist.

Status: offline 		don't use baby wipes or anything with alcohol like lotions. use vitamin e or aloe vera. if that doesn't work go to a doctor. the vitamin e should do da trick tho
