File it with the state superintendent.

Do you have a dean of students?

You could start by discussing the issue with your academic advisor.  And, you could talk to the chair of the department he or she is in.  I'm sure there's a formal process if it's a real serious issue, but either your advisor or the department chair will be able to tell you how to go about it.  Do you have a student handbook, or something like that?

I'm curious about what's going on.

yes- i have 8 posts of his at me- that are unprofessional at best. rude- accusatory, borlerline defamation.  he doesnt follow his own creed- i read his entire book- and frankly i dont like the way im being treated.

to take this class you must buy his book. he assumes you can naviagte the site- and have absorbed everything.

he threw out many points. was unhappy when i emailed the group=- and is berating

What's wrong?  Did he tell you that you couldn't bring your masturbating parrot in for show and tell?

When I was in community college the dean of students was the one I would have spoken with about these issues because there was no one else appropriate to speak with at my campus (which was extremely small). If this online campus has departments and advisors to speak with, I suggest you refer them to the matter and ask whom would be appropriate to speak with. They can point you in the right direction. I am really unsure because I do not know what sort of school it is online, or if they are affiliated with a physical campus. It could make a difference. I would make copies of all communication for your records.
