In retrospect, this seems like such an obvious idea, but if I hadn’t seen it or thought of it before, then maybe others haven’t either.

Been playing lately with chastity and I was locked this weekend into a CB3000. Those numbered plastic locks are okay - they would let your partner know if  you cut them and got out or substituted a different numbered lock. But I crave the more controlled feel of being locked down under a metal padlock. Trouble is, I have to sometimes go through metal detectors and also work miles away from where my "keyholder" does. Too far to go to fetch the key if a genuine unexpected need arose to be let out.

The solution: those metal luggage locks with three numbered dials that can be reset to any combination. The shackle of at least one brand, SearchAlert fits through the hole of the CB-XXXX series. Now she can set the combination to any number she likes from 000 to 999 and keep me under a metal padlock. But if I really need to get out, I can telephone (or text message) her and get the unlock number (er...thats if she believes the reason I tell her).

This isn’t foolproof. First the lock is heavier than a regular padlock, but that’s okay. And I suppose I could spend a few hours trying all the combos (which in itself might prove a demonstration of her control). Finally, if you use the plastic pins, you could bypass the lock and cut the end of one of them with a cutter, but all in all, a much more satisfying controlled effect.

You could also use something like the KeyController box.  You'll always have access to the spare key in case of emergency and a quick visual inspection of the box will reveal whether it's been used or not.  The same can't be said for a 3 digit combo lock.

That is a cool idea, stef, but still essentially a variation on the plastic padlocks. With both the chastity device can be opened  fairly easily by the wearer breaking something. In one case the plastic lock itself, in the other, the key case housing the key.

Whereas the 3 wheel lock can't that easily be broken (unless you were so reckless as to take a swat at it with a hammer so close to your privates!). In order to get free you'd have to destroy a part of the chastity device itself: the plastic pin. And that too can be remedied by use of metal pins.

(nice mask... and tats)

I am in a 3000 right now and there is no key. I destroyed it. I know I can cut it off, but the tools are not that handy.

I am now thinking of the next levels, after while I know I will cut it off, and will probably cut the plastic pin. The next step is the metal pin, but along with another idea I have, I was thinking of a different sort of pin. Metal, with metal spacers of course, but with no visible lock.

Instead of the head of the lockpin in the A ring, it is on the outside. It engages the hole in the A ring, and is flush, and would need several sizes.

Originally this idea spawned from thinking about a metal harness for the CB3000. I was thinking of a system that would engage the pin when the waistband lock was locked, but now this could go a little differently.

If you need to go through metal detectors, of course it has to be plastic. A disposable plastic pin that engages itself and cannot be undone. The head of it needs to be cut off to get out. Not as easy. There are also polymers that are almost like steel.

So to get out the head needs to be ground off.

Not only do I think this can be done, but I bet with enough reserch I can find them somewhere, undoubtedly made for a different purpose. Think about it, sufferware sells those stainless pins for the CBX000, those are called clevis pins I think, and they make money on them. If you know anything about manufacturing you know they surely cost pennies, even in high grade stainless. They charge $20 for them.

Anyway, a possible low cost solution might just be a certain type of cylindrical plastic, of a certain color, possibly even something that is hard to get. Instead of a head and a hole, you simply exopy glue it together. When you get home, and it is time of course, it is simply cut off. Then simply drill it out of the holes.

Any material with the strength, say like nylon could be used. The trick is to use a unique material, and possibly even a unique glue.

As you might have figured, I too seek for solutions, as I really don't like those numbered seals. They not only get into the wrong position at times, I am concerned that getting bent out of shape in my poants, they might break. Detection is great, but when you are innocent, that would suck.

You could have her seal the padlocks on an envalope or laminante them so you could get at it in an emergency, but she would know if you opened it up or broke the seal.  She could mail you several seys of locks and sealed keys.  You would then maybe open when on cam for routine cleaning and have her watch you lock the new one on.

You can also use the regular padlock, and dip the emergency key in plastick tool handle dip.  Dip it several times so the plastic is good and thick. Then while the final coat is still gummy, the Domme can sign her initials on the plastic with a nail, or use a medieval style wax seal stamp.  you can keep the key on a keyring, or in your wallet for an emergency , but if you have to cutt the plastic off, she will know about it.

I have a few more solutions..

You can get tamper tags,  we use them in elections to seal the voting machines. It is easy to remove but it shows that it was done as you destroy the seal when you open it.

If you ask for some samples they probably will send you a few for free.

If you need to stay with a keyed approach, try freezing it in an ice block. In an emergency you can melt or break it out of the ice block but it takes some time.

I am locked 24/7 in an Access Denied Stainless Steel Belt. Mistress has one set of keys and i have the spare set locked in a tool box with a combination pad lock that only she has the combination for. In an emergency, i would simly call Her and get the combination. i would then be relocked and she would replace the padlock with a new one, about $2.00 at Walmart, like you would use on a school locker.
