So I have kind of a funny story. This is actually a reoccuring story.... I don't know if any other Dommes can tell the same story, but its pretty freaking absurd, so ... yeah I bet they can.
Today I was minding my own business on collarme and a slave approached me with some form letter to the effect of: Are you interested in being spoiled and owning a financial slave? .... .... My thoughts are basically along the lines of Yeah freaking right. and, sure if you want to spoil me, I'll go for it, but its not my thing.
But I email him back. I'm feeling generous. [:D] and I ask for his chat ID and we chat. And he tells me how he is interested in financial domination and consensual blackmail roleplaying and blah blah blah. I've heard this line before. Several times actually. There is some hobby among poverty stricken men (or whatever) who like to pretend to be financial slaves to non financial Dommes (probably because financial dommes are much more on the ball about this). But anyway, I play along I'm pretty bored on this Thursday night waiting for my actual slave who would actually buy me things to get home from some work related thing. I make him turn his cam on (he looks like a major geek) and I have him put his "girlfriends" lipstick on (yeah right) and we casually exchange our BDSM interests info and such... and then he stars saying how he's thinking about being my slut bitch financial slave etc etc. And ask him what he will do to prove himself above all the other subs out there... I'm thinking something amusing along the lines of him dancing around in a little tu-tu but he says: I'll take you shopping online. I'm game for it.
So I decide to point him in the direction of my amazon.com wish list (which my real slave uses as well as my friends and family on holidays to get me real actual gifts)... and I ask him to give me a price range and I add a Nintendo DS to it and recommend that as the purchase (its yet again an item that my real slave is actually getting me) for him to make. And he "does". And I act all stupid like uh... wouldn't it show that this item has been purchased. I checked purchased items but it wasn't there. Only the real gifts, which my slave actually got me. (yes there is a pattern with this word actually)
Then I ask him if he got a shipping number or confirmation email, and he "checks" oh... he did. Really?! Wow. How amazing this guy is for "real" (yeah right) .. but since its not showing up I ask him to forward it to me. And he does. Oh.. WOW Really?! He must be really genuine. (whatever).... but all of a sudden his cam's not working because of a very dubious excuse one that my actual slave, who got home by now says is technologically really really unlikely. And then he restarts and although he appears online again in a few minutes... he has nothing to say. Could this because... he didn't really ACTUALLY get me this? Of course it is.
So I go through the process and try to by the Nintendo DS Lite via Amazon.com and my wish list and guess what. You can't ACTUALLY do that.

Which is just freaking amazing because he actually took the time to make a fake confirmation email. How could that even be reasonable?! That is one of the most insane things I have come across in a long time. I've entertained myself by seeing how far these loopy fake financial slaves go before but its never been that far. Did he expect to get what... five shipping days of hot BDSM interactions from me before the cat was out of the bag? Did he enjoy thinking he was fooling me? Did he think it was original or entertaining for him?
The funniest thing is... if these guys are just desperate to get some BDSM based interactions from a Domme and its not malicous.... if they just approached me about THAT... and wanted to roleplay shopping for things and being blackmailed ---- no I am not going to go for that all the time. But some night, when I am bored... like tonight. Probably so. It could easily be done in an entertaining and humilating way to them. If people are just honest it would get them a lot further along the path toward their desired end.
So I just thought I'd share that outrageous story, and see if anyone else has had similar things happen.
