In the past I've been a Rehab Technition. I've done therapy with many ppl with various problems in nurseing homes and in the hospital. I continue to work with patients in the Trauma Unit. As a Dom I haven't worked with these type of ppl. As a Medical Worker (still on a sadistic side) I take very much into consideration. When making one like this walk and later do chores you may have to be there by there side. It's important to know there Whinning vs there Really not being able to go for the day. 1. Make sure they are taking there medications. Have them take as little pain medication as they can tolerate. 2. Have the right equipment with you. Back braces, gate belt, walker, cane, and such. 3. Follow the rules with movements as instructed by your doctor with twisting, turning, and such. 4. Never give up on P.T. Pain and Tourture. Physical Terrorist are great people doing Bad Things in the Name of Good. Even after the patient has done all there physical thereapy, continue to do the exercises with them at home. 5. If you love them, you will continue to do what is needed to motivate them in getting better and staying productive. Spanking, gratification denile, whatever it takes. 6. S&M wise, Spanking, biteing, lite bondage, blind folds, nipple clamps, ice, stripping, ginger rooting, and such shouldn't be a problem. Humiliation you can do as you feel. You can always be curel "No I won't get that for you just yet." "You just got a knee replacement. It's a brand new knee, you should be better than ever now." "You know you can do it yourself" Be creative with it. Holding moderate pain medication is past the line for me but it might work for you. Being that I'm a little tired that's all I can think of for now. If you would like more ideas just send me a message on my Collarme account. NEXT!
