Hi michelle,

There are quite a few on the market today, as to which is the best, its really what suits the individual.

i can however give you some feedback on some that i have sold.

1. Latex Panties with dildo : Did the job, however there was quite a bit of movement (of panties) while thrusting, they stretched, caused bruising to the mound of the vag, and a massive painful wedgy!!

2. Crotchless harness w/2 dongs : Found the harness was a little uncomfortable.

3. PRIVATE leather harness w/blue dong, no complaints.

There are ones available that vibrate, for the giver as well as the taker if both are female, ones that have interchangable attachments, cyberskin ones, double strap-ons....and the list goes on!
i guess my advice would be to find one with an adjustable harness, preferably you would want one that is quite sturdy. By sturdy i mean, not one of the ones that looks like elasticized bra straps. Leather is usually a popular choice for the harness. It should feel that it is a part of you, not an attachment, the more secure the better. The dongs (if you go for the leather) can generally be purchased from the sex shop. The come in a variety of shapes, colours and sizes.
It is hard with these types of toys, as you cant just walk in and try them on (well you cant in Australia!!)

It's really a matter of personal preference, to a large degree. Some people prefer two straps (like a jock fits) while others prefer one (like a thong). Some people prefer harnesses that are leather, others like materials that are easier to clean. Some like to have permenently attached dildos, others like interchangable ones (and i like the ability to use different sizes). Some people prefer a thigh harness. Buckles or D-rings? Again a matter of personal preference. Then there's always the issue of how well it fits too. There are all sorts of variables.

A well fitted jock style harness is a wonderful thing. It moves with you and every movement of the hips is translated into a thrust or withdraw.

I had mine custom made leather and the base of the dildo touches the leather, not you, so you avoid the bruising of the mons. I can wear it either jock style or thong style, but always use it jock. It has interchangeable rings that SNAP on the front, so I can easily use different size dildos. Changing up to anal train in the middle of a scene is now so easy that it almost seems a shame to not take them to the point of driving a mac truck up them. (It can use any dildo with suction cups, balls or a flared base.) Also because of the snaps, I can control how high the dildo rides. I can have it hang low to look more like a man, or I can have it hang high for more comfortable thrusting.

The bottom line is going to be what YOU like. My harness prior to this one was also a jock style harness, but didn't have easy change capabilities. You had to force the dildo through a stationary ring, which required removing the harness for changes. The straps were thin, and it "swam" around rather than giving me control. I had to work my tush off to get my desired results. Because it didn't have anything between the suction cup (the only type of dildo it could take) and your skin, you'd often end up with your mons venus bruised and tender.

There are other options out there now besides harnesses for strappie play. I wasn't thrilled with the feeldo, but a friend swears by it. It comes in regular and slimline. Since one of my problems with it was how small it seemed, the thought of a slimline made me laugh. My sub thought it sounded like a pretty good idea as to him, thinner = better, LoL. http://www.extremerestraints.com/stat/st727.html is a link to the slimline, because it shows the product inserted for use. Click on the middle image under the large image to get a good look at it. It is something you have to see to understand. I wish they had a side shot of her also.

i have made a scaled down version of the BBW harness, but, have not posted the info to my site yet. It is designed for women with a 30" to 40" waist.

As far as the possible differences between a F2F harness and a F2M harness, it probably comes down to personal preferences, most likely directly related to your "favorite positions".

Bought my pet the feeldoe strapon, you can do a web search for it. she loves it. it vibrates, and all though we use it female to male, it would work I think just as well if not better for female to female.
