A blinding light fills Sari's room,  condensing to a ball on the end table where it shrinks and suddenly disappears. In it's place is a small talisman in the shape of a bear and shimmers with a faint silvery glow.

Oh well, fine fine fine....the god's destined it then that's ok, fine fine fine FINE!!! You wanna be dead FINE, YOU'RE DEAD!! HAPPY?!  *places bears body in a cryo-capsule until he gets him back to the ship*  But first I have matters to attend to...alright you little pukes....you think it's annoying watching your arrows bounce off me wait until you see this....*the air around the temple suddenly feels heavy as a low hum begins to be heard.  The hum grows if imtensity and some of the monks begin to run in panic.  The cybernetic parts of hydro seems to melt away as new flesh replaces them.  Leaves one the ground begin to swirl into the air as energy stirs the winds*

*The light startles Sari through her sobs. She looks as it grows smaller and smaller and suddenly is gone. Still crying, she stumbles to the end table and sees through her tears the small bear shaped, glowing talisman. She picks it up, feeling the warm power it glows with and closing her hand around it, cradles it to her breast. Her sobs ease, though tears continue to pour down her cheeks in endless rivers of grief.* bear????? *she whispers, feeling him through the talisman* My bear.

*a lookout in the crows nest spots the form of  hydro above the bankok skyline....he relays a message of what he is seeing and that it's odd because hydro is about 20 miles inland and he can see very clearly*

*back at the temple hydro has now grown to over 1000ft in height and is rising straight up into the air.  The monks have all started running but are contained within an energy field that knocks them to the ground as they hit it.*

*on ship the crew and soldiers gather and watch in amazement as hydro lifts into a hover far above the city.  He transforms into a  flash of crimson light and shoots straight down and a huge mushroom clound forms in the area directly under his path*

*many tense moments pass and whispers begin to spread that hydro has destryed himself in the cataclysm they have just witnessed*

*A form of red light slowly rises from the smake and fire and flies toward the ship.  People move anxiously around the decks as the huge mostly shapless form circles the ship.  Then it slowly decends toward the deck, becomes smaller, and fluidly takes a more familiar shape as it lands.  Hydro rises from the deck and places the cryo-tube with bear's lifeless body on the deck of the ship and silently moves to the bow of the ship and lays down*

rumors spread as people see the ghostly form of bear appearing for a few brief seconds and then vanishes

*hydro breaths slowly and is otherwise motionless.  He appears to be asleep but none of the crew will dare disturb him after everything that has occured in the past hours...or was it mere minutes?*

*Seeing the dragon's return, Sari slowly approaches him tears still streaming down her face. She lightly touches him and when he raises his head to look at her, she slowly opens her hand to show him the glowing bear shaped talisman that was her final gift from bear and her connection to him*

*hydro now barley able to open his eyes and sees the talisman.  Knowing it's purpose he manages a slight smile before lowering his head again.  He stares over the water with his halp open eyes...his mind drifting in time and space wondering what it is he is feeling.  He has seen millions of mortals come, die, and move on...why would he act in such vengeance at the fall of one the these...why now?*

*Sari walks over to the cryo-tube containing bear's lifeless body and looks through the small, clear window at bear's  peaceful face. She remains there for awhile unable to look away. The talisman warms and glows brighter then gradually dims down to it's normal glow. She moves away from the cryo-tube stopping halfway between it and the dragon and slips down to sit on the deck. Drawing her knees up in front of her and hugging them, she stares quietly out over the water, pain knotted in a ball in her chest*

*all is strangely quiet on board. a pale mist weaves it's way throughtout the ship, passing through walls, from cabin to cabin...*
