Thank you everyone who has posted here! You've all made me feel a bit saner. When I want to delay, or am told to delay I think about brocoli and cheese and coliflower! it takes practice and psychological disapline to do this; coupled with the mindset to be sure Mstrs if satisfied First! I've always given them the command to "HOLD" repeated once or twice at first and then increased the times I require them to hold. Talk to them throughout the holding process, give them your voice to focus on. It's worked for me so far, may not work for everyone.

BTW if you see they ar not going to be able to hold it give them the order to climax then, don't risk disassociation between the order and the climax until you have gotten the results you want or given up on doing it. In Leather Archer

Hi Pet2SirFredrick this slave started out with small steps to control climax and found that counting to ten was not enough so concontrate on counting backwards from 100 . Even with stimulation it works now . hope this helps. so just relax and try it .[image][/image]

I feel that your Sir should be helping you more in this arena. I am still pretty new to this stuff but (and I know this might offend some people) I am a dog trainer, and to me, what a Dom/me does to their sub appears to be a lot like condition training. If this is the case he is going to have to condition you to be able to stop yourself from reaching orgasm. I suggest using a cue word that you relate to a very strong image in your mind. You can either go about it with positive reinforcement, where when you even psuedo-succede you get rewarded and your body will start to associate word-action-reward, or (and I believe this is more in the style of bdsm) you can use negative reinforcement. I feel 'punishment' is ineffective- it is not used quickly enough after the 'mistake' to allow your body/subconcious to start associating which would help you. I recommend a very unpleasant sensation directly after you fail to stop yourself from coming - be it smell, pain, whatever. I hope that is of help (though convoluted.)

Sometimes I have trouble with climax as well (which is especially frusterating when learning climax control in favor of it [on command]). I see a lot of options- for instance they make substances you can apply to amplify sensations (I do not know how well they work.) As suggested above, vibrators work wonders. There are other toys specifically for that purpose. Most of my orgasm is dependent on what I'm thinking. All psychological, really. ... Bother, this post didn't turn out the way I wanted to. I'll add if I can remember the rest of it.
