Don't know if this has been asked before but I was just wondering....does the word other used in the title imply that polls are a form of random stupidity?

Doesn't that amount to blasphemy in these message boards?

Is this post a waste of time?

I think you are right it does imply the polls are random stupidity. I think most people accept they aren’t going to learn much from such polls it’s just a bit of fun for most. A few make serious points with the polls they post but these are forgotten in time just like the vast majority of the others.
