As a Dom I have never experienced subspace. Am I missing something?

In the long Old Guard message you posted to three other threads, you state very matter of factly that Old Guard BDSM is all about altered conciousness, as you said "similar to subspace".

Isn't your question answered in three other threads where you posted your Old Guard revelations? Why the question here, are you unsure now? Hey... is this a surprise test?

Actually, none of the above... it's about Domination and submission, and the submissives benefit from the most unusually named term "subspace"... why the hell they decided to call it that, I'll never figure out! However, it takes a good Dominant in order for the submissive to reach (ahem) subspace, so it's a team effort... Dominant & submissive... Yin & Yang... ½ + ½ = 1 (two halves).

Of note is the fact the Dominant is the giver, and the submissive is the receiver... and in most recorded instances, a thorough flogging may take the submissive to subspace, but physical stimulation for the Dominant is usually in the form of a sore arm or wrist.

I'd like to see a Dominant in subspace, flogging a submissive into subspace, but I'd have to ask what put the Dominant into subspace, was it animal, mineral or vegetable... and I'd also have to ask who provides them both aftercare to ease them back from subspace? (and a few more questions if we get these answered)

it is a shame that apparentley the onley gratification found for a dom /master/what ever is that a sore arm from flogging another as you indicate. So itis then for many the joy of just tieng one up beating them till they are tired and then going away . or threpleasure the reciev from bullying another into submission

oh for crying out loud. If you so dislike this lifestyle and this site, get away from both. Is anyone forcing you to stay? i don't think so.
i am a submissive not because i've been bullied into it but because it is a very strong part of who i am. When Master gives me pain it is not because i've done something wrong but because He enjoys giving me pain. i take the pain because it pleases Him for me to do so. If i reach subspace in the process all the better but trust me it doesn't come close to happening all the time.
i am sorry to come across so harsh but you seem very jaded and honestly clueless on how this lifestyle works for us and for most people in the lifestyle that we know. i sugest that you either do some open minded learning or leave.

I agree with liljoy. Dont feel that we are compelling you to stay here, Masterb4u. Be well in all of your endeavors.

And having said that, I did want to point out that I read a depiction of message board / chat room troll categories once. I wish I could remember the names, but one of them is described as a person who posts to them as a distinct authority on the subject. Spewing forth infinitive definitions despite the fact that other people post contradictory empirical evidence claiming the contrary. Such contradictory information, questions asking for evidence, questions about the person's claims, are never answered. The person simply stubbornly reaffirms their point over and over and over again in their single-minded refusal to let reality or evidence sway them from their stated beliefs.

Peace out,

Sinergy
