eeehhh... he's not back until next week sometime... waiting... seems like forever anyhow

Since he's on a flight now... will see him tomorrow (YAY!!!!) hehehe, thought I'd post one of my favorites for making my own bath salts:

Mix together a cup of epsom salt, 1/2 cup Borax (yes, the laundry stuff, it's "desert salt), 1/4 baking soda with the following aromatherapy oils:

4 drops clary sage
4 drops ylang ylang
3 drops rose

Great hand scrub too... I so enjoy getting/giving hand massages, and this helps get the dead skin off before the massage (as well as it's great to keep in the kitchen to get rid of onion/garlic smells from the hands):

1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp apricot kernal oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon
4 drops of grapefruit essential oil

HEALING BATH SALTS
Colour: Dark blue
3 parts Niaouli
2 parts Eucalyptus
1 part Sandalwood

PROTECTION BATH SALTS
Colour: White
3 Parts Rosemary
2 parts Frankincense
1 part Lavender

DIVINE SPIRITUAL BATH SALTS
Colour: Purple
4 parts Sandalwood
2 parts Myrrh
1 part frankincense
1 drop Cinnamon

Oooh.. I like that scent combination Krissi.... I also like to take baths using a whole pint of heavy cream in the bath water and then add my favorite aromatherphy oils... will try those blends too...
