SAN FRANCISCO, California (AP) --  "A nice cup of the right kind of cocoa could hold the promise of promoting brain function as people age.In an increasingly aging world, medical researchers are seeing more cases of dementia and are looking for ways to make brains work better."

Glad to hear there's still another benefit to eating cocoa.  I prefer the Lindts 85% cocoa bars because they are very low in sugar and fit into the South Beach way of eating. I like to take a square and spread peanut butter on it, yummy!!!

Chocolate is good. Now I want to eat more, but I've had my daily limit.

proudsub - is the peanut butter a good way of getting over the bitterness of 85%? I know the first time I tried a Trader Joe's bar that was 72%, I was surprised. And since we have one of those Lindt bars here (given to me since my uncle couldn't like it), I'm curious.

Personally i don't find them bitter. I like them plain or with peanut butter. Maybe you could sprinkle some Splenda on it to help, not sure.
