I agree with many here regarding the need to not allow other to punish My slave.

Punishment is something that is a personal matter between ember (My slave) and I.  I feel that delegating punishment duties to someone else would signal the end of our relationship.  The relationship between a slave and her Master is intimate (or at least ours is), and to not be responsible for the difficult parts of our relationship would mean that I have somehow given up on the relationship as a whole.  No, punishment is My priviledge and My duty to My slave.

Now, for reward, absolutely.  In fact, one of the most exciting scenes that ember and I have been a part of was when I allowed another Dom to work on her a bit.  ember is into pain for pleasure and during a scene, I had her bound to a two sided cross.  On the other side was a friend of ours' submissive.  He and I were working our own subs for a time, and then He asked if He could work on ember.  I allowed it and it was exciting and fun for both ember and I.
