ORIGINAL: desertdancer I had one under my arm where my belly dancing bra's sequins rubbed, a nurse told me just to snip it off. I did, I had very little bleeding, and healed up very fast. A few days later you wouldn't have known it was there. I used a pair of hair cutting sheers that were sanitized and very sharp. Looking back now though, I'd have to say, I'd rather not have done it myself. It's ickies to cut something off of yourself, not to mention that even though a nurse told me to do it, it wasn't the safest thing to do. I once cut a huge part of my finger off while doing a hair cut, I had to bend down, pick it up and throw it away. Even though the sheers were so sharp that I didn't feel it, my heartbeat was racing with how grose it was. Luckily in 10 years of cutting hair, I've never nicked a client. Anyway, good luck, I'd go see a doctor... ~dancer Aww ew ew TMI lol. That made me shudder. Yes I agree the concept of erm, trimming my own body is creepy but I genuinely cannot afford to see a doctor over something so minor. I can't really imagine asking a friend to do it either! That would take a mighty good pal
