There's a thread in the General BDSM forum called Household Objects, that you may find interesting. It includes some references to household items, hardware store items and even Walmart, like alternative uses for snakebite kits, etc. When you wear out the next broom or mop, cut the handle off close to the head and the round tip off the handle end... attach a cuff to each end and it's a spreader bar. Large Zip Tie strips like the cops use in riots make disposable hand/leg cuffs. They can be painful since the are not padded (that's why cops like em'), so you can roll one up in a washcloth or small towel, scarf, handkerchief, etc, before using them. That helps to allow some flexibility, circulation, etc. You can find them at Electrical and Plumbing Supply places, and possibly in Walmart or hardware stores. This may sound shitty, but a flat plastic toilet seat does cover alot of ass for spanking. An ordinary garden hose can be used to tie someone up. Depending on how its tied/secured, you could hook the end up and fill it with water pressure. Don't forget that spray nozzle in the kitchen sink... variable temperature and pressure at your disposal with a sub/slave sitting spread and tied across your sink. Remember those tiny little ten-speed bike generators that powered head/tail lights at night? They can be used to provide tingling to sensitive areas, and if you have a cordless drill, you can remove the tire hub from the generator shaft and set the shaft in the drill chuck... set on low speed setting and a slight squeeze of the trigger can be interesting. This is a low voltage and current generator, so lethality potential is nill to none... but I'd still recommend low speed to start. Compressed air or CO2 in small containers for air cleaning of electronics, keyboards, etc, can be used to chill flesh... similar to the way skin cancers and moles ar "burned off". Don't screw up and buy contact cleaner! Aerosol dusters available to consumers are weaker than medical equivalents, but can get pretty cold, so use on a less sensitive area on yourself first to learn it's potential. An old kids swing set can be an interesting playroom addition. Dump the slide attachment, and most of the swings. The A-frame itself with the multiple attach points can be easily expanded with a few eye bolts on each end and be used as a poor man's suspension rack. They are often used for porch swings, so sturdiness is not an issue. The swings can be added or removed easily for various indoor use. The old saying goes... one man's trash is another man's treasure! Inyouagain
