JustWondering -> Adventures in Anal (2/24/2007 6:45:17 PM)

Alrighty...I recently had a very...erm, interesting...experience in anal with my Owner. Just a little tearing, I'm sure, but it freaked both of us out. However, that is not the problem. I can deal with that...

I tried researching it to calm our nerves, and found info about perforation. Which got me thinking (worrying) about something that happened in the past. So to the actual question I have...if a Dom were to insert, say, the twisty stick adjuster thing from the window blinds into my ass, quite a bit of it...should I go to the doctor to make sure no perforation has occurred? And if so, what would they do, send a little camera up to have a looksy? What are some things that would suggest perforation has occurred without having to pay for the buttcam? It was quite some time ago tho...several years. So if there was a problem, I'm sure I would have noticed, no?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Was there blood in you stood right after the insertion?
your probably scared over by now.do you get pain from it?

JustWondering -> RE: Adventures in Anal (2/24/2007 6:55:51 PM)

Well...now there is

But back then, at that time, there was no blood at all. But does that definitely mean that no perforation occurred??

Whenever you have blood in stool = trip to doctor.  Could be prostate cancer or many other nasty things.  Could just be an internal hemorrhoid.  Don't wait, get it checked.

*Edited for Female OP*

can't be prostate cancer for you, didn't look at your profile before responding, still blood in stool = doctor

<fast reply>

To concur with the last poster, blood in the stool indicates a trip to the Dr., possibly even a trip to the Emergency Room depending on the presentation.  If the blood is still red and, well, looks like blood, it's ER time.  If the blood is the consistency and appearance of coffee grounds, it has been digested and is sometimes indicative of a bleeding ulcer.

If something causes a perforation, you will know it quite soon, if not immediately.  Fecal matter or the various contents of your intestine/colon entering the abdominal cavity will be very noticeable and require surgery (probably emergency surgery) to keep you from dying of septic shock.

Well...there was a little tearing when we played. And the blood (which was bright red) was not in the stool, more on the outside of it, just from having to pass the torn tissue, I think.

I suppose a doctor's visit couldn't hurt, tho it won't be fun explaining the circumstances...But really the ER if it's just from a little too rough play causing a slight tear in the tissue??? I cannot go to the ER for this, my family would find out as I'm still under their insurance......

SilverWulf -> RE: Adventures in Anal (2/24/2007 11:35:57 PM)

I hesitate to give this advice, I am not a Dr. nor do I play one on TV.

If the bleeding is coming from the slight tearing and is not active then use your best judgement.  By active, I mean more than or equal to the flow during your period.

If the bleeding is active get your butt to the ER, now.

JustWondering -> RE: Adventures in Anal (2/24/2007 11:47:31 PM)

It's definitely not "active" then, given how u defined it. It was just after the play that there was any blood, not anymore.

I might still go to the doctor, but I don't think...or at least I'm hoping with all my heart...that the ER is not necessary.

Thank u so much for all ur advice and guidance!

i m not a doctor, but i m the azzmaster. seriously. don't let anyone put weird stuff up ur ass , or ginger or cayenne or anything, or fuck ur ass without lube. done right anal should never do any damage. even tho u will be sore after it should be fine the next day. a little blood is normal for some but not more than a streak or 2. have fun but be safe

If you have any question as to if you have sustained injury, it is better to be safe than sorry. Embarassing as it is, I would say a visit to your Dr is in order.

Also, before you play again, you may want to either read about anal insertions online or get one of the books on the subject.
