Status: offline 		Its like nirvana out there for chefs, especially pastry chefs. I'm tired of settling for a job where I am only spending about 1/5 of my time doing what I want to do. Ima gonna chase mah dreams!

Oh yeah, and I'm buried in snow and have been for the past 27 years. Sick of it. LOL

A number of years a go, there were several states with SEVERE financial difficulties.  ALL of them have tightened their belts and done the right thing.  Now, there are two states left that have SERIOUS budget issues and financial trouble ...

Louisianna and New Jersey.  LA got hit with Katrina - they have an excuse.

Aw, I reckon we have an excuse too - our politicians cost a LOT!

Status: offline 		Our Politicians do cost a lot, from all the big businesses here.  HA HA HA

I think since the state is scrapped for money, why not give tickets out to all those still driving around, and still chatting on the Cell Phone? That would help oour budget real good.

Maybe it would be so much, the gov would give some of it back in rebates, so I can get some new TOYS ! And then maybe I can afford Mistress to use them on me too. Maybe I can get some Imported, since there aren't many in Jersey, if you don't count the ones asking for tribute and money.

No wonder I have such a hard time, and get so desperate at times.
