No more so than someone willing to have sex with a different gender than their normal preference becomes bisexual or homosexual.
A Domme who does not seek to find someone else to control her, but is willing to let her Dom partner take the reins, is a woman who knows the art of compromise, has a lot of trust, and is still a Domme.
I think of orientation as based on desire - what we are attracted to, what draws us. I am attracted to women and men both, I am bisexual. I know male subs who are attracted to women only. If Mistress said "suck his cock" they would, out of submission and obedience, but they aren't attracted to men. So they remain heterosexual, in my viewpoint.
Dominance and submission is a spectrum, and it is an orientation. If you are turned onto, attracted to, drawn by the concept of Dominance, but would endure someone else being in charge out of love, trust, and compromise, you are no less a Dom/me.
I've also run into the odd situation where there are Top/bottom switches (you can do things to me or I can do things to you) that are on the D/s spectrum firmly on one side or another. I.E. I only have the desire to submit when it comes to power exchange, but I enjoy topping someone else for sheer play, or being bottomed. Using the term switch for both the top/bottom spectrum and the dominant/submissive spectrum makes it tricky.
And being willing to switch, again, doesn't change your self identity or orientation.
