There is some but not much. The FDA designates Velveeta as a "pasteurized process cheese spread." The definition of that troublingly ambiguous term is:

I cut it into slices and see how far I can stretch it before it splits.......haven't tried squishing it thru the fingers.....hmmmmmm....i wonder if I have any in the fridge? <off to look and see.....
