This is embarrassing for me to post.

My Dom gave me my first enema a little while ago.

He wanted to do it mostly so I would feel more comfortable with anal play, and because I might enjoy it a little.

Well, it didn't work.

We didn't use much water, and I expelled immediately after it was put in. When I expelled, the water was clean. A little bit later, I had a rumbly tummy and really had to use the bathroom. When I went, it seemed as though there was more water up there, but this time it was far from clean. I had to go to the bathroom a few other times that night and it ruined some of the fun.

What was the problem and how can we fix it in the future?

Actually what you posted sounded exactly like what a good enema is. What were you expecting?

Um... I don't really see much of a problem. That is exactly how it is for me whenever I give myself one. It takes a long while of sitting on the can before you can be sure you're totally clean. On average I'd say about 1/2 an hour depending on how much you put in yourself. So I'd recommend that instead of getting up after a few minutes and having to go back every so often, grab a good magazine (playgirl for me

) and wait it out. After your first few, you'll get to know when you're empty and ready for some fun. For me, though, I usually give myself one at least an hour and a half before play starts, just to be on the safe side. Hope that helps!

I have only ever done it once, and I am fairly certain the instructions were to wait for a while once inserted, then expell. Or was it the instructions I was given by the person requesting me to have it in the first place? Hmmm

Master insists that i do an enema before each playtime. Over the course of 6 years i came up with an enema that has 2 - 2 quart red hot water bottles attached and take the entire gallon and expelling most often a total of 4 times. That's 4 gallons of clean water going in and i only stop when the water comes out sparkling clean with nothing left behind for suprises. It usally taks me about an hour to prepare, but i'm gennerally good for at least 2 days doing it this way. One never does a very good job. So you gotta learn to take it in, hold it in for a bit and when it really starts to feel intense let it go. It this way it often even flushes th toilet for you. i have yet to have an accident. This also nessasary when being loaned out. the cleaning equipment goes with and before the play begins 4 gallons of water and gunk comes out. I use a large metal butt plug for my nozzel and believe me it really works and everyone is happier. i can send you a picture of th device with me on the end to a private email but this site will not upload it.

I just wanted to point out that you shouldn't start out putting a massive amount of water up your butt. You can rupture your colon and other dastardly things. Randsboy sounds experienced in this arena, but I wouldn't recommend putting several gallons in at a time until you are experienced.

I'm pretty sure you're talking about color and not temperature but I feel the need to stress that red hot water does not a good enema make, you would think it's common sense but I'd hate to see a bunch of posts from a**-burned subbies who mistook the wording.

Also, be careful with large quatities of tap/plain water (don't know what you're using - again this is for others reading) but it can flush out all of the electrolytes...if you're doing large volume enemas saline if best.

Good point MissA. I read that line as being two hotwater bottles that are red in colour and each hold 2 quarts of water but someone not familiar with hotwater bottles could easily mistake the wording to mean boiling hot water. You do not want to make that kind of mistake.

It takes any water that makes it up and around the transverse colon a bit of time to get worked back around. That's what the delayed results came from.

Haven't had a chance to read everyone elses posts on this, but... enemas do cause cramps and it does make you have to go to the bathroom again later on. If the cramps are very excessive then I would try not eating for maybe 12 hours before having one. I don't think that is science, but I was told that if your system is processing a large amount of food when you are trying to "clense", it can be a little more painful than otherwise.

Oh, another thought, make sure the water is the right temp (just like a baby's bottle). Too hot or too cold and you'll be uncomfortable as it can shock the system a bit.

Forgot some things... you may want to try lowering the bag too. If you're laying on your back try having the bag no more than a foot or 2 above the ground. And if you don't have a lot of fiber in your diet, you may want to add some for a few days before trying the next enema.

Silly as it sounds too, rubbing your lower tummy from bottom right up and around to bottom left can help the water move out of you. And, once you've tried getting rid of all the water, try laying back down and pushing in on your tummy a little and wiggle your insides a bit (helps the water move around some of those blockages). Rolling from your back to your side and also help in this, then get back up on the pot. :) That is all rather embarrassing!!! But hey, we're all here to try and help each other, right! :)

Well, i must say, i wish i had had a bit more info before my first enema!~

First one, in fact, first several, were HORRIBLE!! i couldn't stay out of the bathroom.....cramps etc for about 12 hours.

Ugggh.

HOWEVER............now that i/my body is used to them, it's absolutely no big deal. One of the biggest things i have found helps is to hold it for as long as possible...............i can generally do 30-40 min; then i only have "go" twice afterwards, rather than a number of trips to bathroom that exceeds my age!

At any rate....it is still not a fast process.....i need AT LEAST an hour from start to play-ready.

Dang, the stuff you can learn on the internet!

My Kat has had at least a couple of experiences with past Doms which she found quite exciting. We've talked about this, and initially in our relationship this was sort of a limit for me...mainly because I am not a fan of scat (although I don't seem to mind a little mess during anal play). However, we've kind of reached a new point in our lives, and I want to expand things a bit.

I've had a few enemas (mostly self-administered), and have found them both arousing and very refreshing...except on the occasion where it was over-done and I ended up with cramps. But I have found that they can get messy fast, which is something that I think would put a damper on playtime.

At any rate, to my question... we've discussed giving her an enema first, followed by a butt plug, then other play (forced orgasms, sex, etc.) until I decide to let her relieve herself.

In my own experience, I found that inserting a plug in my ass after an enema resulted in leakage and at least partial expulsion since my sphincter had to release to accept the plug. Is that just me, or is it common? It would never do to have her leak enema all over the bed or the floor.

How can I make this scenario work for both of us?

Isnt there a set time an enema is supposed to be in place and then removed.. such as, no longer then about 20 minutes.

Well, making her orgasm while trying to "hold in" an enema might just make that happen all on its own.

However, Perhaps you could give her the enema while on her knees with her ass in the air, then quickly insert the plug as you pull out the tube? Or insert the tube and plug at the same time, then slowly pull the tube out when its in?

What a topic for my first ever post on the forum boards. I love enemas and normally do two a week. They are not sexual for me, but rather cleansing and keep me from having to stop in the middle of a 10 mile run as I run several miles a week.

Two products that I enjoy using are Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap and Nut Body Butter from the Body Shop. Just a little bit of the peppermint soap can make it much more enjoyable for your roommate's noses. And the body butter makes great lube for enemas and other anal play.

I generally devote two hours for an enema session. The first "round" as I like to call it I use about a gallon of water, and then I do one or two more rounds of 2 quarts since that seems to clean me out the best. For me, it's a very good way to sit there with a good book or magazine and just relax.
