If you do a lot of enemas make sure you keep track of your electrolytes, salt, and potassium. Drinking huge amounts of water can also deplete these needed nutrients as well, as it flushes out the body. Unfortunately, an enema can take a while to work. Sometimes you'll flush a lot out right away, but gets stomach cramps twenty minutes later and find yourself back in the bathroom. Sometimes one might end up going some even the next day. You might want to save the enema for the day before the play, instead of doing it on the night of. If you're playing the next night, I might suggest doing the enema early the morning before. That way your body has the time to take care of things. Plus, with walking about during the day, the walking motion keeps the bowels moving and more apt to help clear things out propperly. That's why when I was working as a nurses aid we made sure to walk our patients, that could walk, at least once a day to keep mother nature flowing more smoothly. :)
